Privacy Policy

RallyMouuu (“we”, “us”) is a tool for organising sports sessions — building fair matchups and tracking rankings for racket and court sports. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using RallyMouuu you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, provided when you sign up or when you sign in with Google.
• Data you create — the players, teams, sessions, matchups, scores, and the ratings/rankings computed from them.
• Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (e.g. IP address) and the authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Live stream video and audio — if a host starts a court livestream, we process the camera/microphone feed to broadcast it, and, unless the host turns recording off, store a recording for later playback.

Google sign-in

When you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your basic Google profile — your name, email address, and profile picture — solely to create and identify your RallyMouuu account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers that run the app (below).

How we use your data

We use your data only to operate RallyMouuu: to run your sessions, generate rotations, compute ratings and leaderboards, show your profile, and keep you signed in. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing and storage

Your data is stored using our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database, authentication, and storage) and Vercel (hosting) — who process it on our behalf. Live video/audio streaming and recording is additionally processed by LiveKit Cloud. RallyMouuu also offers optional public share links for a session, player, or team; these show only the information tied to that link, and only if you choose to share it.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes the players, sessions, and games you own.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RallyMouuu (“the Service”) — a tool for organising sports sessions, matchups, and rankings. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the Service, disrupt it, or try to access it in unauthorised ways.
• Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or others’ personal data without a basis to do so.
• Don’t use the Service to violate any applicable law.
• If you use livestreaming, you’re responsible for making sure the people on camera are okay with being streamed and, if recording is on, recorded.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter (players, sessions, scores, and so on). You grant us permission to store and process that data as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and “as-is”

RallyMouuu is an early-stage app provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings and results are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyMouuu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update the date above; continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
